From concept to completion, you will manage and progress all development aspects of the scheme. Working closely with multiple and high-profile stakeholders on this complex, large-scale, project, you will manage detailed development and design plans to deliver the group’s project development strategy and accommodate other vested interests. You will maintain a clear focus on risk analysis and economic evaluation of the project to optimise development opportunities review preliminary plans and develop master and concept designs rationalise the design and hone the programme and methodology with the project team ensure that every aspect of the project reflects and upholds the strength of brand. You will be working within a team environment alongside fellow professionals constantly seeking to achieve the highest quality and optimum profit on schemes.
Requirements:
• Strong and effective management skills including decision making, negotiation, risk management, influencing and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership skills and ability to command respect from internal and external contacts.
• Innovative and capable of grasping new concepts for project development.
• Evidence achievement in major, urban regeneration property development
